Our original prototype, the Morongo Valley House Port is a retrofit to an existing stucco building. Set on a mountain ledge with spectacular high desert views, the existing building was rehabbed and retrofitted with a House Port®™ shade structure and fish pond. This location proved the potential of the House Port concept in its ability to create shade and energy efficiency in a desert environment with an aesthetic design approach.
