The Pop-Up House

For individuals looking for a unique, sustainable new concept in home design, House Port provides an eco–friendly and stylish alternative to modular units and traditional manufactured homes that will inspire your imagination. Offering limitless options for personalization, the Pop–Up House can be built quickly on an affordable budget or embellished lavishly, based on personal taste.

The Pop–Up House consists of either one or two cube–shaped structures nestled under a House Port—a large, galvanized metal roof structure, which provides a high degree of insulation and energy efficiency. It is shipped flat–packed making it economical and easy to transport.

The Pop–Up House Package includes:

• Insulated, pre–fabricated interior/exterior wall and roof systems
• The House Port: the galvanized metal roof structure
• Architectural and engineered drawings
• Step–by–step building instructions: manual and DVD

House Port will deliver anywhere in the continental U.S. It can be built quickly and easily by the owner/builder or by a general contractor. Once the basic construction is complete, the Pop–Up House is low maintenance and can be customized to make it unique to each owner.
